📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of FBS growth initiatives, expanding talent capabilities across geographies, business functions, and Lines of Business • Partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce planning, talent strategies, and business priorities • Position FBS as a strategic growth engine for Farmers • Drive scalable people programs, leadership initiatives, and talent integration strategies supporting employee growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness • Oversee operational excellence across FBS, including processes, governance, compliance, and service delivery models • Establish partnerships across Farmers to accelerate integration, development, and long-term success of FBS talent • Monitor key business and workforce metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive capability, performance, and scalability initiatives • Shape the growth, scalability, and strategic impact of Farmers Business Services • Build strategies, infrastructure, and partnerships enabling sustainable growth across Latin America and India

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or related leadership roles • Demonstrated success leading large-scale talent, workforce, or organizational growth initiatives in regional or global environments • Experience supporting or partnering with teams across LATAM and/or India • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build business cases, and drive strategic initiatives with executive-level visibility • Experience building scalable processes, operating models, and people strategies within complex, multi-country organizations • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills • Business proficiency in English • Bachelor's degree • Experience supporting international talent delivery, shared services, global business services, or distributed workforce models • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based; work authorization sponsorship is not provided unless explicitly stated
