📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering high-performing, scalable, and reliable systems • Provide technical leadership and guidance on system design, architecture, and development best practices • Define and validate scalable, reliable, maintainable, and performant technical solutions • Lead technical decision-making and resolve complex production and platform issues • Promote clean code, design patterns, code reviews, architectural standards, microservices, and cloud-native solutions • Establish performance engineering practices and optimize system scalability • Ensure systems meet performance SLAs, KPIs, and reliability objectives • Support load testing, monitoring, and observability across the software lifecycle • Guide CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, cloud-native deployments, and containerized environments • Collaborate with platform and operations teams on resilient, scalable, and secure environments • Partner with Scrum Masters, TPMs, Product Managers, and stakeholders to deliver initiatives • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement processes • Mentor engineers and foster collaboration, ownership, innovation, and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software development experience with C#/.NET and Golang • Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and distributed systems • Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, GKE, or similar) • Strong troubleshooting, system design, and technical leadership capabilities • Experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence
