• Raccolta dei requisiti, analisi di fattibilità e progettazione della soluzione • Definizione di ToL e MoP per attività di roll-out • Produzione di dati di configurazione verticale per le piattaforme di dominio • Interazione con i dipartimenti IT e Security per definire i requisiti di sicurezza • Monitoraggio, analisi e gestione degli allarmi di piattaforma • Troubleshooting avanzato • Accettazione e validazione, interfacciandosi con vendor e altri dipartimenti di ingegneria • Supporto alla delivery dei progetti per clienti Internet Service Provider

🎯 Requirements

• Profonda conoscenza del dominio Voice Core CS a tecnologia Nokia (MSS/TRS/MGW) • Profonda conoscenza dei protocolli e delle interfacce Voice Core CS: MAP, Camel, SCCP, SIP-I, TCP/IP e UDP • Conoscenza dei call-flow di dominio • Conoscenza di soluzioni VNF e CNF • Disponibilità ad attività programmate notturne e reperibilità • Capacità di lavorare autonomamente e in team con stakeholder tecnici e di business • Capacità di ingegnerizzare soluzioni per l’integrazione di nuovi servizi e aggiornamenti • Esperienza professionale indicata dal livello “Experienced Professionals”
