📋 Description

• Own the email channel across Capital Bank’s enterprise marketing organization. • Responsible for planning, building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns that support marketing initiatives. • Work closely with line-of-business marketing teams to understand campaign goals and develop email strategies. • Monitor performance and continuously improve campaigns through data-driven optimization. • Manage the enterprise email calendar and serve as the internal subject matter expert for the email channel.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or digital campaign management. • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems. • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and email performance optimization. • Familiarity with email deliverability standards and consent management practices. • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
