Capitalize partners with vendors like Alteryx, UiPath, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos and serves enterprise clients across sectors—especially energy (midstream/plant accounting), healthcare, education, and public sector—delivering analytics, reporting, and workflow automation solutions.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of end-to-end analytics and data solutions for clients • Manage a team that builds these solutions • Lead discovery and requirements sessions • Translate business objectives into technical architecture • Guide delivery teams through implementation • Produce architecture diagrams and technical design documents • Partner with project managers and engagement leads • Guide and review work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers • Contribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks and architecture standards • Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping and RFP responses • Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and performance management.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers • Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar) • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
