📋 Description

• Independently lead small to medium IT projects. • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout all project phases. • Ensure efficient communication between roles, departments, and clients. • Manage and coordinate our consultants on a per-project basis. • Responsible for project schedules and budgets, with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality. • Professionally facilitate workshops and project team meetings.

• Strong track record in project delivery: you have demonstrated as an IT Project Manager that you can bring projects to successful completion. • Agility is your second nature: you know Scrum not just in theory — ideally you also have experience with other agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and organizational skills: you keep all the threads in hand and ensure everyone works toward the same goal. • Independent and team-oriented: you work autonomously but thrive in a team environment. • You welcome responsibility: you take initiative, accept ownership, and enjoy achieving great things together.
