CARAZO operates in Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands) and several other European countries including Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary, Switzerland, and Portugal, providing logistics and local retail distribution services.

📋 Description

• Own the technical side of Shopify, HubSpot, and their integrations • Configure and maintain Shopify products, variants, prices, collections, metafields, apps, checkout settings, B2B price lists, and customer accounts • Manage bulk catalogue imports and exports • Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and make minor technical adjustments • Own Shopify-HubSpot synchronization of customers, companies, and orders • Oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools using apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies • Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows • Manage HubSpot pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, customer tiers, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards • Maintain CRM data quality, including duplicate management, merges, and consistent records • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and determine whether external expertise is needed • Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, freelancers, and technical specialists • Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines; track scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes • Review, test, formally verify, and accept completed work before go-live • Maintain documentation, access controls, vendor permissions, system performance monitoring, and technical handovers • Report directly to the CEO and own systems, projects, and technical coordination • First 90 days: consolidate HubSpot, ensure accurate Shopify-HubSpot records without duplicates, implement market/tier tags and B2B pricing, integrate Wati, audit the catalogue, map systems and integrations, establish role-based access, and improve vendor processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on technical Shopify experience, with demonstrable live stores and exact contributions explained • Experience integrating Shopify with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems, including the ability to explain an integration step by step • Ability to read and make basic edits to Liquid and JSON • Understanding of metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem • Strong project and vendor management experience, including technical specifications, estimates, external developer or agency coordination, delivery testing, deadlines, budgets, and implementation oversight • Hands-on bulk catalogue operations experience using Matrixify or CSV • English B2+ with clear written and verbal communication • Ability to distinguish work handled independently from work requiring specialized external expertise • Strong advantages: hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions); Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B; regulated or age-restricted e-commerce experience; multi-market experience (US and EU); Russian and/or Spanish • CV and LinkedIn profile required • Links to live Shopify projects and descriptions of exact contributions required • References from at least two previous employers or clients (B2B)

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement • €2,500–€3,000 gross per month • 3-month probation period • Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time, with daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas
