📋 Description

• Manage project budget, scope, and timeline • Report development progress to stakeholders • Work directly with external clients and build long-term relationships • Manage client expectations with a business-oriented approach • Coordinate development of design and software solutions • Own overall project success with team support and established best practices • Motivate, support, and guide the project team • Create or facilitate creation of user stories, MVPs, and lean documentation • Identify improvements and challenge the status quo • Handle unpredictable situations and develop effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of experience managing diverse agile IT projects • In-depth knowledge and broad experience in project management • Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Pivotal Tracker • Experience monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices • Ability to understand clients’ needs across various business models • Experience proactively assisting clients in selecting suitable solutions • Technical knowledge for communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists • Excellent written and spoken English at C1+ level • Excellent written and spoken Polish at C2 level • German at least B2 level is nice to have • Experience in presales activities is a plus • Experience running courses, workshops, or presentations is a plus • Hands-on experience and solid domain knowledge in e-commerce is a plus • Product Owner experience is a plus • Experience in risk management and creating reports is a plus
