📋 Description

• You are responsible for the stable operation, further development and continuous optimization of our ERP landscape. • You provide 1st- and 2nd-level support to users, analyze incidents and coordinate sustainable solutions. • You act as the central interface between business departments, IT and external partners, collect requirements and implement them together. • You optimize and configure business processes in the ERP system, develop workflows and create reports and analyses. • You support updates, extensions and new features through testing, rollout and documentation. • You assist key users and end users with training and support the introduction of new processes. • You plan and accompany ERP projects – from requirements gathering to successful implementation. • You support the IT team in day-to-day operations and contribute to cross-departmental IT projects and the further development of the system landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in (business) informatics/IT or a comparable qualification. • You have experience administering, supporting or developing an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or comparable solutions such as SAP, Infor or proALPHA. • You have an understanding of business processes in areas such as purchasing, sales or finance. • You have initial experience with process optimization as well as system configuration and customizing. • You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented way of working and analytical thinking. • You are a strong communicator, work independently and enjoy working in a team. • You have very good German and good English skills.
