📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families after the initial onboarding • Conduct regular client check-ins and provide timely, personalized support • Track client engagement and service quality, maintain accurate records, and recommend additional support • Coordinate service launches and scheduling by aligning with internal teams • Identify opportunities to improve or automate recurring workflows • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and share client insights

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a client-facing or process-driven role • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Empathetic, service-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and follow-through • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment • Salesforce experience - a strong plus • A track record of operations and process improvement • Project management software experience, particularly hands-on work in Monday.com, Asana, or Notion • Comfort working across multiple platforms (Google Workspace, CRM/billing systems, etc.) • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a nice-to-have, not required.
