📋 Description

• Own end-to-end case coordination • Act as the operational backbone linking law firms, insurance carriers, and medical experts • Manage a high-volume, multi-channel queue of active cases across email, phone, and portal • Handle invoicing, scheduling, and coordination • Build or repair trackers and processes that keep everything moving • Ensure successful case management, allowing founders to focus on growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years owning a high-volume queue of cases, accounts, or client relationships end-to-end in a B2B services environment • Proven experience managing high concurrent volume across multiple channels (email, phone, client portal) • Hands-on ownership of money-adjacent workflows (invoicing, billing, or claims/case financial coordination) under zero-defect accuracy requirements • Track record of building or repairing a tracker, SOP, checklist, or workflow process from scratch • Proficiency with Excel and Outlook plus at least one CRM, case-management, or client-portal system • C1+ English (CEFR) — written and spoken at near-native, mastery level for direct communication with US attorneys and medical professionals • Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap
