📋 Description

• Own relationships with large financial institutions and publishing partners, building and maintaining strong ties with senior stakeholders • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate partnership performance, continually optimizing based on data-driven insights • Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements, amendments, renewals, and commercial terms, ensuring compliance with regulations and business best practices • Partner with publishers on joint roadmaps and project milestones, and clearly communicate updates to both internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with product teams and publishers to understand customer needs and influence product development and prioritization • Coordinate across engineering, marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate partner solutions and align with Cardlytics’ business objectives • Develop business cases and partner proposals to drive new product adoption • Stay up to date on market trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years with demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships within financial services, partnerships, or media/publishing • A proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex partner agreements • An analytical mindset, with strong KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills • The ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization
