📋 Description

• Lead and manage the full NPI lifecycle from prototype builds through mass production • Coordinate build readiness reviews and support trial builds on-site • Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during production ramp-up • Act as the primary interface between R&D, Product Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners • Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECR) and ensure proper implementation at factory level • Monitor project risks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects • Prepare build reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders • Support onboarding and development of manufacturing partners • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the NPI process

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or a related technical field • 3+ years of NPI, manufacturing engineering, or project management experience in consumer electronics • Hands-on experience with new product introductions and production ramp-up processes • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and engineering change management • Experience working with EMS/ODM partners • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills • Fluent English and Mandarin • Experience with Bluetooth, audio, wearable, or wireless communication products • PMP certification • Experience working with global cross-functional teams • Six Sigma certification
