• Responsible for the organic visibility of our digital platforms in traditional SEO as well as in AI-/Agentic Search • Further develop our SEO strategy towards modern AEO approaches (Answer Engine Optimization / Agentic Optimization) • Technical analysis and optimization of our websites regarding crawling, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals and structured data • Develop scalable content and information architectures for search engines and AI systems • Analyze new search technologies such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity and other LLM-based search systems • Identify and implement optimization opportunities for AI-generated answers and semantic discoverability • Close collaboration with development, content, PIM and UX teams • Support with technical requirements around CMS, tracking, feed structures and data quality • Prepare reports, KPI analyses and recommendations for action using common SEO and analytics tools • Conduct competitive, market and trend analyses in the area of Search & AI • Manage and coordinate external service providers and agencies • Test new AI workflows and automations in the SEO context
• Several years of practical experience in SEO, ideally with a technical focus • Strong interest in technological developments around AI search, LLMs and agentic systems • Good knowledge of technical SEO (crawling, rendering, structured data, internal linking, indexing) • Experience with SEO tools such as Sistrix, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or similar tools • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web technologies • Analytical thinking and a good understanding of data, KPIs and digital user journeys • Ideally initial exposure to AI tools, automation or prompting • Structured, independent and pragmatic working style • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration • Affinity for the outdoors, travel or sustainable consumption is a plus
