📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain BI reports and dashboards • Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data logic • Write and optimize SQL queries • Validate data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies • Support data modeling and reporting layer improvements • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, PMs, and customer-side stakeholders • Prepare documentation for reports, metrics, and data sources • Contribute to BI best practices within the unit

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering-related roles • Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with data modeling, data structures, and data warehousing • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines • Experience with data cleaning, validation, and data quality control • Ability to work with large datasets and complex business logic • Good understanding of business reporting, KPIs, and dashboard design • Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs
