• Map, analyze, and redesign publisher workflows (onboarding, billing, campaign approval) using BPMN • Create and manage the business rules document (BRD) for core platform capabilities • Design standardized workflows (“Golden Path”) to optimize the multi-tenant architecture • Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify automation opportunities, integrate ML models, and collaborate on data pipelines, event schemas, and analytics integration • Audit live automated processes to verify they meet targeted efficiency and ROI outcomes, defining and tracking key metrics such as cycle time, auto-approval rate, and rework percentage
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant • Expert proficiency in BPMN, UML, and swimlane diagramming • Advanced ability to interview stakeholders and extract complex business rules and requirements • Deep understanding of AdTech or white-label SaaS operational workflows • Proven experience writing formal BRDs • Experience defining and managing API contracts and data models (REST/GraphQL, JSON) • Background in process governance, release management, RACI matrices, and change control • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher • Will be a plus: Experience as an AdOps Manager, SaaS Implementation Specialist, or Technical Account Manager • BPMN 2.0, Six Sigma, Lean, or Process Mining certifications • Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks • Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (SQL, Looker, and Tableau) • Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tooling • Knowledge of global invoicing (multi-currency, VAT/GST)
