📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of complex, high-traffic infrastructure systems and services • Analyze distributed systems and legacy components to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities • Build and maintain infrastructure cost visibility, including reporting pipelines and dashboards • Identify and implement short-term and long-term infrastructure optimization initiatives • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to present and drive technical improvements • Own optimization initiatives end-to-end, from proposal to implementation and impact validation • Improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency • Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code and automation practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in high-traffic production environments • Strong practical experience with FinOps, infrastructure cost optimization, and reporting • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure cost drivers and optimization strategies • Experience presenting technical proposals and optimization initiatives to engineering leadership • Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform • Production experience with Kubernetes • Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, preferably Terraform • Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions • Hands-on experience with Helm • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English • Experience working with multi-cloud environments • Background in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, trust & safety, or application protection • Practical experience with Looker • Experience with large-scale distributed systems • Proactive and self-driven mindset • Strong ownership and accountability • Ability to work independently in high-autonomy environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strategic and systems-thinking approach • Ability to balance short-term improvements with long-term technical strategy
