📋 Description

• Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals • Gather and consolidate requirements from multiple business stakeholders • Translate business needs into product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities for engineering teams • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, client success, and business stakeholders • Drive product discovery activities and propose improvements based on customer feedback and market opportunities • Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities across cross-functional teams • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between business and engineering teams • Define and track product KPIs and metrics • Present product plans, progress, and results to executives, Customers, and partners • Gather and evaluate customer feedback to improve product capabilities • Monitor AdTech industry trends and emerging technologies • Contribute to strategic product decisions and long-term product direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead • Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and Customers • Experience working with complex technology products or platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently drive product initiatives • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience gathering and prioritizing product requirements from multiple stakeholders • Experience defining roadmaps, user stories, and product documentation • Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to decision-making • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
