📋 Description
• Mantenimiento y soporte general • Administrar, configurar y establecer nuevos proyectos en herramientas ALM • Administrar, configurar y establecer nuevos usuarios en herramientas de gestión de problemas • Administrar actualizaciones de herramientas y mejoras • Solucionar problemas de herramientas, capacitar y asesorar a los usuarios • Facilitar talleres entre equipos de desarrollo y vendedores externos • Apoyar pruebas y verificación de herramientas; apoyar el despliegue de herramientas • Ayudar en otras actividades como verificación de salida, seguimiento de licencias y gestión de grupos de usuarios
🎯 Requirements
• Título universitario en Informática o equivalente • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz • Instalación y mantenimiento de herramientas de ingeniería comerciales • Experiencia en administración de servidores y arquitectura de cliente-servidor • Experiencia en herramientas de gestión de configuración (ejemplo: Bitbucket, PTC Integrity) • Programación orientada a objetos, Java y C# (Sharepoint) • Creación de herramientas personalizadas y utilidades (scripts) • Soporte a herramientas de integración continua y ALM (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, PTC Integrity, IBM DOORS, SBM, Jenkins)
