📋 Description

• Advising, supporting and executing customer projects in the Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft client and mobile device management environment (Modern Workplace) • Enhancing Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on infrastructure and end-user experience, and/or advancing Microsoft client and mobile device management infrastructure and its endpoints • Supporting optimization of digital workplace solutions • Supporting and planning migration projects • Taking on planning and responsibility for transition and transformation projects in client environments • Working closely with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations • Evaluating and shaping new innovations and developments in the area of “digital sovereignty” for clients in the EU environment (sovereign workplace solutions)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft client and mobile device management solutions, e.g., SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Manager • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and the Microsoft roadmap to derive and implement resulting changes • Good knowledge of both technical infrastructure and end-user support • Experience supporting transition and transformation projects • Experience supporting migration projects • Experience using and deploying Microsoft Copilot • Experience with and interest in sovereign workplace solutions • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills, clear articulation and a solution-oriented working style • Team player with a big-picture mindset — a genuine all-rounder • Knowledge of the service management framework (ITIL)
