📋 Description

• Responsibility for complex client projects — from planning and execution to commercial management • Define project plans in accordance with contractual terms and client requirements • Establish an appropriate resource model — including international team composition • Lead distributed, multicultural teams and actively develop talent across multiple locations • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion • Regularly present project status and financials to internal and external stakeholders • Manage projects across different delivery and engagement models

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience leading project and service teams of up to 50 people — locally and globally • Lead both functional and technical teams and support them in resolving complex challenges • Successfully delivered projects in cloud and on-premise environments — using both structured and agile methodologies • Responsible for projects that resulted in follow-on engagements • Proficient in risk, issue, and dependency analysis • Share knowledge, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of knowledge exchange • Confident communication in German and English and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
