📋 Description

• Responsibility for an individual portfolio of 20–30 condominium associations (500+ units) • Revenue and profit-and-loss responsibility for your portfolio • Managing your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize efficiency in day-to-day operations • Leading owners' meetings with overview, clarity and presence • Continuous improvement of processes in your area of responsibility — digital, lean, and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in condominium/HOA management, ideally with larger or more complex homeowner associations • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both economically and strategically • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer focus • Self-directed, structured working style — you don’t require micromanagement
