• Manage and coordinate service providers in the area of real estate/property management. • Assist in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, and in the administration and maintenance of land rights. • Serve as the liaison between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes related to real property securities (e.g., easements) along the planned route alignment. • Support in preparing approval documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects. • Assist in obtaining access permissions for preparatory measures such as ground investigations, mapping, or archaeological surveys.
• University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics, or law. • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in the field of real estate/property management. • Solid knowledge of utility/line and land law as well as experience working with the land registry/cadastre. • Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional and reliable demeanor. • Excellent German communication skills (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2), both written and spoken. • Valid driver's license (class B).
