📋 Description

• Commercial management of a defined property portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients • Active participation in portfolio development • Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc. • Handling of termination processes (lease terminations) • Conducting preliminary inspections, final inspections upon termination, and handovers after re-letting • Managing and coordinating defect reports and repairs • Regular portfolio inspections and responsibility for ensuring ongoing safety and compliance • Collaboration with the technical/maintenance team • Close cooperation with external service providers (in particular caretakers, craftsmen/tradespeople, etc.) • Continuous data maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate specialist (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) or several years of professional experience in property management • Ideally, experience working with SAP • Good command of Microsoft Office applications • Very good German language skills, spoken and written • Service-oriented mindset and approach • Structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
