📋 Description

• Responsibility for strategic and operational procurement across relevant categories (e.g., Tech, SaaS, Sales, Marketing, Services) • Analysis, implementation and continuous improvement of our procurement and supplier processes • Contract and terms negotiations on a regional and national level • Management of tenders, market and price analyses, and supplier evaluations • Driving automation, process improvements and adoption of digital procurement tools • Close collaboration with our Shared Service Center at holding level, particularly on compliance, contract management, reporting and process harmonization • Coordination with internal stakeholders from IT, Product, Editorial, Finance & Legal • Further development of procurement KPIs and supplier management structures

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in strategic and operational procurement, ideally within the digital, media or tech sector • Confident contract management and strong negotiation skills • Experience working with digital tools (ERP, SaaS or procurement systems) • Strong commercial, analytical and process-oriented mindset • Communicative, proactive and solution-focused personality • Fluent German and good English skills • Willingness to work within a matrix structure and high level of cooperation when working with the Shared Service Center
