📋 Description

• Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of technical installations • Ensure that statutory and regulatory inspections are carried out on time • Manage and supervise external service providers • Document and maintain technical data in our CAFM system • Participate in the planning, budgeting and procurement of technical investments • Support with handovers and returns of parking facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Facility Management or a comparable technical qualification with several years of professional experience • Good technical understanding and interest in building services, infrastructure and facility management processes • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working • Confident user of MS Office (O365) • Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel
