📋 Description

• Responsibility for ongoing tenant fit-outs for new leases and tenant alterations, as well as general modernization measures (Capex) • Cost and budget controlling for Capex projects, including quotation review and approval • Management and oversight of external partners (architects, specialist planners, contractors, service providers) • Preparation of reports and documentation of technical measures • Close collaboration with technical property management, commercial asset management and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering, building services/technical building equipment, building technology, architecture or a comparable technical qualification with a real-estate-specific additional qualification • Solid knowledge of technical property management, particularly in the planning, tendering and implementation of tenant fit-outs, modernization and maintenance measures • 3–4 years of professional experience in technical property supervision in the office or commercial real estate sector • Confident user of MS Office • Good written and spoken English • Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality • Regular and reliable willingness to travel to Düsseldorf (for applicants based in Berlin)
