📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing the retail structure in the Berlin region • Managing stores based on KPIs • Driving growth and sales together with Store Managers • Providing coaching and structure for Shop Managers • Developing innovative sales strategies to ensure excellent service and customer loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional management • Motivational leadership skills • Results-driven and persuasive, with a proven track record of success • Ability to respond quickly to changes in the environment • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
