📋 Description

• Responsible for planning, managing and implementing tenant fit-outs and complex interior construction projects • Overall control and coordination of construction sites and external facility management service providers • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and defined quality standards across all project phases • Comprehensive technical oversight of a single property with a clear focus on sustainable value development • Professional handling, documentation and consistent follow-up of warranty claims and defects • Central interface between tenants, external service providers and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree, ideally in construction and/or real estate • Several years of professional experience in interior fit-out, construction or property management • Solid knowledge of technical property management as well as tenant fit-outs and construction processes • Experience managing external contractors and construction projects • Strong understanding of asset management aspects • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a structured, solution-oriented working style • Motivation to focus on the long-term management of a flagship project
