📋 Description

• Responsible for ISO 9001 quality management • Preparation, execution and follow-up of internal and external audits, including evaluation and reporting • Training of the various teams • Close cooperation with other management system representatives, occupational safety specialists, our internal health management team and authorities • Analyze issues, prepare relevant data, derive corrective actions and monitor implementation and effectiveness • Contribute to continuously improving the company-wide culture by increasing process efficiency and ensuring compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management or a comparable discipline • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 • Willingness to further develop in ISO 14001, 27001, 45001 and 50001 for the strategic consolidation and advancement toward an integrated management system and to qualify as an internal auditor • Confident use of continuous improvement (CI) tools, analytical methods and risk management • Very good German skills and good English skills • Willingness to travel
