📋 Description

• Responsible for building the retail structure across the Berlin region • Manage stores based on KPIs • Collaborate with store managers to drive growth and sales • Coach store managers • Implement innovative sales strategies to deliver excellent service and foster customer loyalty

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional management • Motivational leadership skills • Target-oriented • Excellent communication skills in German and English
