📋 Description

• Ensure proper property management and support tendering processes, as well as oversee property management contracts • Handle damage and insurance claims in coordination with the responsible lawyers and insurance companies • Verify the plausibility of master data for properties and tenants in the IT/property management system and continuously update the document management system (DMS) for the managed portfolio • Implement rent increases and rent reductions, and prepare and process profitability calculations • Carry out the monthly dunning run and pre-litigation dunning procedures, oversee evictions and support enforcement measures • Terminate rental agreements and prepare vacancy notifications and possession-transfer notices • Procure replacement repair materials, furnishings and cleaning supplies • Prepare, issue and supervise orders for maintenance and letting-oriented investments within the rental units

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in real estate, or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience • Relevant professional experience, particularly in the management of residential properties or furnished apartments • Knowledge of commercial lease law and a good understanding of the real estate market • Commitment, strong organizational skills and resourcefulness • Good user-level knowledge of common Office programs and experience with SAP • A valid Class B driving licence would be advantageous
