📋 Description

• Interface between clients and central delivery teams • Technical customer support throughout presales, project implementation and operations • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into requirements for operations teams • Monitor SLAs and KPIs • Prepare reports and analyses • Support invoice preparation • Create technical solution sketches/design outlines • Support the sales team • Lead sub-projects and deliver presentations and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Broad technical knowledge in IT and telecommunications infrastructure services • Experience executing IT projects • Experience in transformation/migration projects as a technical sub-project leader or project lead • Experience as an IT Service Manager or in a similar role • Very good German and good (technical) English skills (C1 level) • Good knowledge of ITIL • Ideally, knowledge of ISO 20000
