📋 Description

• Advise leading retail companies on digital transformation and the design of future-proof IT architectures • Analyze business processes, identify optimization and innovation potential, and translate findings into concrete IT solutions • Act as the central point of contact for all questions related to business and IT architecture • Design solutions in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Category Management and master data management within omni‑channel commerce • Assume functional and technical responsibility in projects and lead teams to ensure successful delivery • Design and optimize tailored IT architectures and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our portfolio • Support the acquisition of new projects and clients through expertise in proposal and bid processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a related field • Several years of professional experience in consulting or retail, e.g., as a Business Analyst, Process Manager, Retail Operations Manager or in Project Management • Solid knowledge of business and IT processes in retail (e.g., Category Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Pricing, Loyalty) and their digital transformation • Experience in requirements analysis and specification of IT systems, and familiarity with architecture frameworks • Familiarity with trends and technologies such as Cloud, Agile, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science and Robotics • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • High self-motivation, results orientation and a collaborative approach to teamwork • Willingness to travel and business‑fluent German and English
