📋 Description

• Managing own projects • Independently preparing preliminary design, design, approval and construction documentation • Submission of building permit applications • Communication with authorities and specialist planners • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with laws, standards and guidelines within the planning process

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or comparable qualification • At least 2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable position • ArchiCAD/CAD proficiency • Analytical thinking and excellent project management skills, good time management, enthusiasm for independent, results-oriented work and self-initiative • Confident user of MS Office applications • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand complex issues • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
