• Management of contractually agreed and provisioned IT services • Ensure consistent collaboration between these services • Responsible for all facets of the Service Integration (SI) business • Business development, new business activities, client management • Management of SI projects and transition teams in the DACH region • Work closely with the Head of Service Integration CEU • Align and localize proposals; participate in proposal presentations • Deliver SI projects and transitions and manage delivery teams • Service consulting for multi-supplier service operations, multi-supplier service transition and transformation • Develop solutions for specific customer requirements • IT service management transformation • Service and IT effectiveness assessments • Execution of service- and operating-level agreements • Service reporting, auditing and benchmarking • Define service strategies • Conduct current state assessments • Define service and operating models • Advise on sourcing matters • Oversight of the supply chain • Support organizational design and change • Assess potentials • Define and advise on governance models for the SI environment • Operational management of vendors within the SI environment • Advocate for SI adoption within operations • Support the global sourcing strategy, including shifting work packages to Rightshore centers
• Ability to support building a sales pipeline for SI opportunities • Ability to communicate the vision, goals and priorities for a new business model • Leadership presence with credibility, assertiveness and persuasiveness toward clients, third parties and internal stakeholders • Proven track record in delivering services that develop, maintain and improve client relationships using a consultative delivery and positioning approach for new services • Understanding of SLAs, required performance indicators and contractual obligations for managing contracts and client relationships • Excellent consulting skills and strong experience in business development • Understanding of the Service Integration framework and its environment • Governance models • IT organizational models • Collaborative approach to foster intra-BU and inter-BU partnerships • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally • Broad business, financial and commercial awareness • Experience in IT outsourcing • Sufficient knowledge of the business domain • Experience in risk management • Excellent communication skills • Strong ability to learn • Desirable: knowledge of service integration discipline • University degree or equivalent qualification • 8+ years' experience in the IT industry • Compelling communication and presentation skills for complex solutions, including at board level • Strong service and client orientation • Quick comprehension and innovative thinking combined with creativity • Collaboration, team orientation and ability to motivate teams • Strategic thinking with pragmatism and analytical skills • Transparency, ability to work independently, flexibility, commitment, target orientation • Conflict management • Intercultural awareness
