📋 Description

• You are a thought leader for Generative AI and drive company-wide adoption of GenAI, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures. • You spot trends early and turn them into scalable, production-ready solutions. • With vision, you lead teams, establish best practices, and build sustainable competencies. • You embed GenAI strategically within the company and help shape the future of our clients. • You act as the primary point of contact for clients in AI implementation and transformation projects, advising on architecture, scaling, and production deployment strategies. • You assume architecture responsibility and lead technical teams across all project phases. • You manage and coordinate requirements analysis, solution design, and client alignments, and, when needed, implement technical components hands-on. • You design and implement production-ready AI solutions such as RAG systems, agent frameworks, and modern orchestration concepts on hyperscaler infrastructures. • You actively support proposal preparation, pre-sales activities, and contract negotiations, bringing sales affinity to identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification. • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the AI/GenAI field with demonstrated delivery of production-grade, scalable solutions in consulting or implementation projects. • Proven experience leading technical teams as an architect, with strong stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience with modern GenAI concepts: RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, frameworks such as LangGraph/CrewAI, and familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication. • Client-focused, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a confident presence. • German and English language skills at a minimum C1 level and willingness to travel.
