📋 Description

• Combine complex client requirements from business processes with innovative technologies • Take responsibility for requirements analysis, functional and IT concept development, and maintenance of feature backlogs • Lead the design of architectures and solution concepts for demanding logistics projects • Advise clients on the optimization and implementation of systems such as Warehouse Management and Transport Management • Contribute to client acquisition and actively support proposal processes with your expertise • Lead (sub)teams in larger or strategic projects and ensure successful project outcomes • Collaborate closely with international experts across our global organization to continuously expand logistics and distribution capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable field • Several years of consulting and business experience in logistics and distribution • Deep and regularly applied knowledge of IT methods and architecture modeling, e.g. requirements elicitation, process modeling, IT project management, and frameworks such as TOGAF • Experience engaging with senior management stakeholders and a confident presence in strategic discussions • Enjoy combining technical know-how, analytical thinking and pragmatic implementation • Fluent German and very good English, willingness to travel and openness to remote work • High self-initiative, flexibility and team orientation, combined with a thought-leader mentality and the desire to actively advance your career within our team and the Capgemini Group
