⢠Monitor and analyze performance indicators to support the store's growth. ⢠Contribute to achieving the company's quantitative and qualitative targets. ⢠Develop your individual performance (UPT, average basket, CRM) as well as your monthly and annual sales. ⢠Master all steps of the sales ritual and ensure an impeccable welcome. ⢠Fully embody the DNA, heritage and history of Maison Rabanne. ⢠Activate and reactivate prospects and clients according to Maison Rabanne's CRM standards. ⢠Execute all expected CRM actions and actively contribute to client appointments and partner-led sales. ⢠Serve as the reference for clienteling within the store. ⢠Welcome and train new colleagues, supporting their integration and skills development. ⢠Participate in implementing commercial action plans with the management team. ⢠Contribute to the store's smooth operations: cash handling, returns, after-sales service (SAV), goods receipts and transfers. ⢠Ensure maintenance and attractive presentation of products in-store. ⢠Proactively communicate replenishment needs. ⢠Maintain impeccable store standards: cleanliness, maintenance and visual merchandising. ⢠Assist with openings and closings according to established procedures. ⢠Monitor daily stock movements and support cycle and fiscal inventories. ⢠Strictly adhere to the group's security procedures. ⢠Report qualitative customer feedback to headquarters teams and propose improvements when necessary. ⢠Support the management team in all operations related to store management.
⢠Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience, ideally in luxury, with proven expertise in developing and managing a client database. ⢠Strong interest in fashion, solid industry knowledge and the ability to follow trends and new releases. ⢠Strong results orientation, with a genuine service and customer experience mindset. ⢠Team spirit, agility, adaptability and a proactive attitude. ⢠Open, clear and professional communication that fosters cooperation within the store. ⢠Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. ⢠Comfortable with IT tools, including Bay Retail, Cegid and the Microsoft suite.
