📋 Description

• Responsible for identifying, developing, and successfully closing sales opportunities within a collaborative sales process • Build and maintain trusted relationships with a range of customer stakeholders, up to the executive level • Develop and implement concrete strategies for client acquisition and growth • Establish an effective sales network for project and consulting services as well as managed services — in close coordination with internal Capgemini units • Manage complex sales processes including forecasting, status reporting, and internal approval workflows • Present compelling solutions and lead negotiations with confidence

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience selling IT infrastructure services, ideally with complex deals and contracts with a total contract value (TCV) exceeding €20 million • Proven sales track record and experience working with partners, alliances, and at CxO level • Strong business, financial and commercial acumen, and confident negotiation skills • Cross-cultural competence, experience in conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills • High degree of initiative, team orientation, and leadership capability • Fluent German and English skills, particularly for contract negotiations
