Then you’re exactly right with us! • As a sales expert for our continuing education products, you will become part of a motivated 12-member, Germany-wide team in the central Sales QCG division at WBS GRUPPE. • Together we are passionate about more than 3,000 continuing education products and strengthen our position as a leading digital education provider with heart. • We work with purpose and help our participants unlock their potential with our offerings. • You will find the perfect partners for WBS GRUPPE and inspire them about our training programs and funding opportunities. • Together with the team you will manage a regional customer territory and have the freedom to set your own cross-regional industry focus. • You will maintain trusting relationships with public funding authorities and be their primary point of contact. • At trade fairs, association meetings and conferences you are our networker and generate positive visibility. • You will implement our sales campaigns for target industries and regions with full energy and creativity. • Your place of work is 60% remote (home office) and 40% at one of our eastern locations such as Berlin, Magdeburg, Potsdam, Leipzig, Halle or Cottbus (other locations possible).
• You have completed commercial vocational training or a relevant degree. • With at least 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, ideally in the continuing education sector, you are a true professional. • You are a communication talent and present yourself confidently to funding bodies, companies and colleagues. • You have a service-oriented mindset and work independently, in a structured way, with high motivation and personal responsibility. • You possess strong social skills and empathy is one of your key strengths. • Willingness to travel? Absolutely — you enjoy being on the road. • Routine in using common MS Office applications and CRM systems (MS Dynamics, Freshworks, HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus.
