• Drive sales growth for the Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation portfolio within the assigned territory. • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and technical consultation to negotiation and deal closure. • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share, particularly in industrial and materials science segments. • Build and develop long-term customer relationships across academia, industry, pharma, and clinical environments through consultative selling. • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams while ensuring accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a comparable technical vocational qualification. • Experience in Electron Microscopy, Sample Preparation, or comparable complex analytical technologies (e.g. materials characterization, X-ray spectroscopy) is preferred. • Demonstrated experience in direct sales and business development of technically complex products within a scientific, analytical, or industrial environment. • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and high-value investment decisions. • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the territory (approximately 60%). • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
