• You proactively contact prospects for our political specialist services and advise them on the different offerings • You independently conduct contract negotiations and manage existing clients — always keeping up- and cross-selling in mind • You analyze the market and competitive landscape and actively open up new sales channels and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth • As part of media partnerships, you participate in conferences and congresses and represent Tagesspiegel Fachinformationen there • You contribute within the team to further develop existing growth-driving measures and sales concepts and look beyond your own area to support the company’s success • You report regularly to your team lead and together you keep an eye on your KPIs
• Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration) or commercial vocational training • At least 5 years of experience in sales or direct sales • Basic interest in political topics • Confident knowledge of all MS Office applications as well as Salesforce • Client-advisory mindset and service orientation, combined with a strong passion for professionally grounded customer dialogue • Confident manner on the phone and in face-to-face customer contact • You quickly gain access to potential clients — from operational staff to executive level
