📋 Description

• Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline • Strategically approach prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Align customer needs with our value propositions to prioritize opportunities • Conduct detailed needs analyses to identify client challenges and propose solutions • Build trust and credibility through expertise and added value • Establish and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and optimize performance • Continuously expand industry knowledge to anticipate market trends and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and fluent English • Proven success in B2B sales or strong sales experience in the B2C sector • Self-driven approach, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
