• Full end-to-end responsibility for the transition • Preparation, execution and closure of the transition • Ensure delivery of services according to the agreed transition plan and contract while meeting budget requirements • Lead the transition team for your area of responsibility • Monitor and control the transition using traditional project management methods • Ensure that transition planning and execution follow the Capgemini Transition Method • Identify potential transition risks and implement risk mitigation strategies • Provide regular, transparent reporting on transition execution status and any deviations from the plan • Ensure that clients and third parties, where required, fulfill their obligations
• More than 5 years of experience in project management • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills • Leadership skills in project management and stakeholder management • Excellent written and spoken German and English (negotiation-level communication) • Experience with agile project approaches; experience as a Scrum Master is desirable • Project management certification preferred (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.)
