📋 Description

• We are looking for Gen AI solution specialists (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. • This role is a good fit if you are passionate about designing bespoke, innovative AI solutions and frameworks in a client-focused environment and implementing them, for example with Python, including LangChain. • You will be a core member of the consulting team, responsible for understanding client needs, deriving requirements, and translating them into solution architectures. • You will design and develop custom AI solutions with a focus on agentic AI and RAG systems in direct customer interaction, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards. • You will optimize AI solution performance by working with guardrails, embeddings, and prompt engineering, among other techniques. • You will write efficient Python code and integrate it with frameworks such as LangChain and platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. • You will stay up to date on advances in AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies and incorporate these into solutions and client discussions. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from concept to deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, another STEM discipline, or equivalent qualification • Proficient in Python and experienced with AI development frameworks such as LangChain and with principles of LLM architecture, including elements like RAG and guardrails • Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and LLMs (Claude, GPT, Luminous, Llama, Mistral, …) • Demonstrated experience in a technical consulting role with client interaction, ideally in the AI domain • Consulting experience is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
