📋 Description

• Drive the intelligent transformation of operations support • Lead and contribute to high-impact data and AI initiatives • Design and deliver scalable AI-enabled features • Stay up to date with emerging AIOps tools and trends • Lead the architecture of internal AIOps platforms • Collaborate with operations support leaders and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in operations support • Strong background in data engineering, AI/ML, or operations support technology • Proven track record with AI/ML/data solutions • Hands-on expertise with Python, Spark, Kafka, etc. • Deep knowledge of AIOps practices • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) • Experience with GenAI/LLM applications for operations
