• Manages the granting of Alberta Blue Cross Agreements to pharmacy providers • Tracks progress of applications and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner • Handles incoming phone inquiries and manages applications • Prepares and distributes Agreements and related documentation • Provides quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Maintains information related to pharmacy providers and prescribers within systems • Reviews notifications and requests from stakeholders • Makes suggestions to improve workflows and processes • Works closely with Team Manager and other Pharmacy Agreement Coordinators
• Deals effectively and professionally with internal and external customers • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication • Ability to meet fluctuating timelines and prioritize workload • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Flexible and adaptable to changing workload requirements • Strong team player • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience in a similar role would be an asset
