📋 Description

• Facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational/application build expertise in completing the more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals. • Performs sophisticated level design, build and implementation assignments/projects. • Initiates, facilitates, or leads meetings with end-user/business owner and other EIS teams. • Lead on team projects: translating customer needs, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations. • Participates in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners. • Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements. • Represents unit on various Epic related committees (CCB, SFWG, OCD).

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) plus years of Epic Optime build/implementation/optimization experience, preferred experience with Anesthesia. • Solid grasp of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects. • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Experience working with healthcare information management systems and clinical operations experience preferred. • High School Diploma/GED required. • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, or related field preferred. • Epic Optime certification required, Anesthesia Certifications preferred.
