📋 Description

• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, web, presentations, video thumbnails, and print materials that align with Endeavor’s brand identity. • Create short, visually compelling video content for social media and events (animated posts, reels, promotional videos). • Collaborate with the Social Media Content Strategist to create assets optimized for each digital channel, with a focus on audience engagement and visual impact. • Translate complex ideas into clean, modern visual communications, including infographics, event materials, promotional content, and brand campaigns. • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and formats, integrating fresh, contemporary elements into Endeavor’s visual presence. • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency in every asset produced. • Prepare and deliver files properly formatted for both digital publishing and professional print production, ensuring high-quality outputs. • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively to meet tight and evolving deadlines. • Provide creative input to improve branding materials, social media templates, event visuals, and website graphics. • Align closely with the marketing and events calendars, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and in line with strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and impactful digital and print work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. • Demonstrated experience creating optimized graphics and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). • Knowledge of current design and video trends, with the ability to apply a modern, audience-first aesthetic. • Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality, polished visual outputs. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver work on time. • Bonus: Experience in animation, motion graphics, or advanced video editing is a strong plus.
